Want to make a positive impact while building community? We’re looking for enthusiastic Learning Coaches to serve as Strider Squad Leaders.
If you enjoy supporting students, bringing people together, and hosting fun activities—whether online or in person—this could be a great fit for you.
As a Squad Leader, you’ll:
Lead a small group of students
Connect with your squad regularly
Host monthly virtual and/or in-person meetups
Track attendance
Stay in touch with your Squad Sponsor (a supportive school staff member)
Becoming a Squad Leader is easy—just indicate your interest on the form when you sign your student up.
Not ready to lead? No problem!
You can still be part of the fun. Parents are always welcome to attend local events with their students. It’s a great way to support your child, meet other families, and feel more connected to a warm, welcoming community.
